Do you or can you recommend anyone for dealing with anger management issues in Boulder?
 
Yes I frequently see men/women to address anger management. I use a variety of educational tools to understand anger reactivity, including a four step model to learn how to express one's feelings and convey what's needed without putting the other on the defensive, and then be able to ask what one needs in order to not be angry any more. It is also useful to identify what hurts get triggered before the anger reaction occurs. Often we can do more to address how to handle our hurt feelings that preceeds the anger so that anger can be appropriately redirected to address what's really needed. I also recommend an easy to read anger workbook that others have found useful. Thanks for your inquiry. -BE
